Tournaments
The tournaments will now be run by Matt Pendrill who is taking over from Greg. Thank you Greg for your help with this in the past.
As we haven't yet run the 2011 tournaments both the knockout and Handicap will be run in January 2012 and then in Oct/Nov we will be running the 2012 tournaments as usual.
The Pearson Trophy was won by Nick Sims, with Paul Smith in second place and Jim Leakey in Third place.
The Pyle Trophy was won by Matt Pendrill with both Nick Sims and Paul Smith joint second.
Racketball Tournament
Richard Poulter presented the 'enormous' trophy to yet again Nick Sims..... well done Nick!
Teams
At present we don't have a team in the Peterborough league, it is becoming difficult to get 7 regular players or a captain to commit and also difficult getting someone to actually manage this. There appears to be no current interest in running teams.
Friendly Tournament
Megan has kindly offered to organise a friendly tournament against Oundle School Staff in Feb 2012, more details about this nearer the time. If successful we will look for other teams to play.
League Alternative
Leagues will now have 5 people rather than 6, it is thought that with less people in the league all games should now get played. Two people will go up and two will go down. Our league co-ordinator wasn't to keen on this idea but eventually he came round to it!!!
The Committee
Nick thanked the committee for their continued work and support.

Fives
Could we have the option from the school of playing fives, Megan to find out about this. It was thought that maybe we have a trial social evening.
Coaching
Nick Sims, Grant Bird and Mark Potter have agreed to take training sessions for members in March. Mark Potter is going to look into coaching for Juniors to try and get more youngsters to the club.
Club Access
How do we control access to the courts now that Ann is no longer on reception? The school informed Nick that they are looking into changing the access.
Club Night
We are going to try and get club nights going again. Adam is going to send out an email to see who would be interested in playing and organising this.
Next AGM
Specially planned in so Charles Smithson can put it in his diary so he will be able to attend!! Thursday 6th Dec 2012
Marking Day
Adam is going to organise a marking day, Nick will do the workshop.
Museum Exhibition for 2012 Olympics
Sports clubs in the area are getting together to organise an exhibition in the Oundle museum for the 2012 Olympics, if anyone has any old squash equipment that could be displayed this would be appreciated. Greg is going to look into this.
Thank you to the members who attended the AGM and contributed to a very successful meeting.
